We offer no-hassle returns on most products you purchase online!

You must initiate a return request within 7 days of receiving your coffee machines.

Coffee beans maybe returned depending on the reason such as not roasted as required.

If the damage has occurred in courier please notify us immediately.

The item must be unused and original package sealed and not tampered with, for used items you should head over to the warranty section.

Once you’ve filled in the form, we’ll send over a returns authorisation which should be sent along with your return.

A refund will be processed shortly after we’ve accepted your return.

A pre-paid returns label will be provided if the item is:

  • faulty or damaged;
  • not as described;

For any other reason, the return must be sent back to us in its original condition and be fit for resale. A few examples would be if the item is:

  • unwanted due to change of mind;
  • not as expected;
  • delay in delivery;

Please note that all returns are thoroughly inspected and we reserve the right to refuse a return if we find dishonesty in any situation.
