PAYMENTS

Goods will be dispatched 2-3 working days once we received the payment.

SHIPMENT

The goods will be shipped within 1-3 days.

REQUEST A RETURN

We offer no-hassle returns on most products you purchase online!

You must initiate a return request within 7 days of receiving your coffee machines.

Coffee beans maybe returned depending on the reason such as not roasted as required.

If the damage has occurred in courier please notify us immediately.

The item must be unused and original package sealed and not tampered with, for used items you should head over to the warranty section.

Once you’ve filled in the form, we’ll send over a returns authorisation which should be sent along with your return.

A refund will be processed shortly after we’ve accepted your return.

A pre-paid returns label will be provided if the item is:

• faulty or damaged;
• not as described;

For any other reason, the return must be sent back to us in its original condition and be fit for resale. A few examples would be if the item is:

• unwanted due to change of mind;
• not as expected;
• delay in delivery;

Please note that all returns are thoroughly inspected and we reserve the right to refuse a return if we find dishonesty in any situation.

WARRANTY

Brand New Coffee Machines and Roasters and Catering Equipment 1 (one) year full guarantee.

Second year Labour included but No parts are included.

Due to the nature of a reconditioned machine each machine has individually selected warranty add-ons based on its category and coverage. Above we have specified all available warranties for reconditioned machines as a whole. Please note. Machines may or may not have all the warranty options as stated above.

For full terms and conditions on our warranty policies – please read our terms and conditions page, this will cover each aspect of the warranty in detail – please do not purchase any machine warranty add-on until you are 100% satisfied with the coverage and requirements that we have specified in our policy. We try to be as fair as possible whilst we cannot cover accidental damage and so forth. This is clearly stated and covered in detail and we will not be liable to cover machinery that has been neglected or mishandle in opposed to the manufacturers guide to operation. We will however cover all faults from the machine itself and are very reasonable in our policies.
